The best way to tackle this problem is to file your nails (the whole nail) once a week and apply a daily product that has amorolfine which stunts the growth of fungus. You could use homeopathy but currently the most effective treatment is amorolfine.
Amorolfine is a lot cheaper than homeopathy and more effective. You can buy generic amorolfine online, just google it.
