Irritation may be reduced by using the product less frequently or in a lower concentration. Do not use if you Have very sensitive skin Are sensitive to benzoyl peroxide. Stop use and ask a doctor if Irritation becomes very severe. Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.

Ingredients

Active Ingredient Benzoyl peroxide 10% Purpose acne treatment Inactive Ingredients Water, cetyl alcohol, petrolatum, zinc lactate, steareth-2, glycerin, potassium cetyl phosphate, acrylates/C10-30 alkyl acrylate crosspolymer, xanthan gum, benzyl alcohol, fragrance, disodium EDTA, laureth-4, BHT, menthol.

Directions

Wet face. Gently massage all over face for 20 - 30 seconds, avoiding eye area. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry. Because excessive drying of the skin may occur, start with one application daily, then gradually increase to two times daily if needed or as directed be a doctor. If bothersome drying or peeling occurs, reduce application to once a day or every other day. If going outside, apply sunscreen after using this product. I used to use Proactiv until the cost started getting to me. Since then, I haven't really had much luck with my face. Well it turns out that all that really matters is the active ingredient. The reason Proactiv worked so well for me was because the type of acne that I get is deep which requires benzoyl peroxide, not salicylic acid. Also, this product is obviously much more affordable and your skin won't become 'addicted' like when using Proactiv regularly. The only way this could be better is if it had some grit to it. One ingredient that is a big plus to me is menthol. After you rinse this product off the menthol makes your face feel cold which closes your pores. I assume that would help your skin retain the benzoyl peroxide as well as help to keep anything out that might clog your pores. You definately won't be disappointed. I highly recommend this product.
